Build a design system on top of ShadCN, documenting rules and behaviors across Bee Delivery's 4 main products.
I trimmed ShadCN's full scope down to only what Bee needs, standardized tokens and defined behaviors by mapping where every component appears across the system.
Refresh a landing page that had gone untouched for 8 years, focused on converting couriers, businesses and franchisees.
I built the entire landing page structure and validated it with the marketing, operations and IT teams.
Bee's integrations needed something to automatically group deliveries and call couriers to the stores.
I built all the flows, criteria and constraints aligned with the demands from the integrations, with flows covering every mapped scenario.

Build a platform that centralizes the initiative's information, makes it easy for the team to keep the program's content up to date, and carries an aesthetic that evokes the style of Brazil's Northeast.
I worked on ideating the new site and the entire UX of the new system, plus reimagining the illustrations and colors for a regional, cultural theme.
Create the landing pages and product pages, plus the platform's core flows, in a gamified yet serious tone.
I worked hands-on building the pages, both web and mobile, the design system and the creative process, from benchmarking through to final delivery.

I worked building the gamification system, the streaming screens and flows, and the lessons/courses system.
